Even though I'm no football expert or anything but, as Dunduin stated, I would give the FB honors to Caleb because he appears to be a better overall back because he and Jones both have the "I'm gonna shove this ball down ur throat after I run over you" type of style to them, but Caleb seems to be more successful in terms of yardage, the fact that he seems to be more difficult to bring down, and I also believe he's fast than Jones as well. It may also have to do with the level of competition too because obviously the teams last year were quite a bit more talented and defensively stout than the subpar teams in the region this year. If it comes down to who is a better LB though, Jones takes that one easily hands down. He was the freakin' man and laid some of the best hits I can ever remember even though I haven't been around all that long. They're both great players and I wish we coulda saw them workin' together a lot more last year in the T with Counts in the backfield with em'.

Right now I think they are about the same with a slight advantage to caleb because he can put a move on. We'll see how caleb does next year before we crown one or the other the best

absolutley right jones was a very good FB and a great LB and caleb is a great FB and a good LB caleb is a little faster and makes good cuts but jones would take your head off at LB

that hard nosed attitude of those two is the basis of our offence jones last year and caleb this year keep it rolling

the T with them and zack would have been great

Caleb is a better fullback than Ryan was but its not really a fair comparison because Ryan was really more of a tailback in a fullbacks body. Ryan would have been awesome in a single set backfield...more of a pro style.

    Cool

good point guys lb he is but caleb still has another year but about that t formation if we would have ran that play in the first honaker game last season we would have won but coach didnt even have caleb practicing with the thin friends he converted mid season caleb is a better blocker to though oh yeah and giles if d waine would have arranged us different and coach ran t formation. and in practice he was so worried about us being familiar with giles offense that he wouldnt let us go all the way at 100% during honaker 1st round and powell valley 2nd round practices those were hard fast and brutal and the energy just wasnt there from everyone encluding alot of key players just because you already got the region d that doesnt mean the pressure is off.. no heart whatever i still love those guys 06 stand up

lets not talk about last year right now but I will say this I dont think haysi could have beaten giles last year no matter what we did on O or D haysi was just out matched I think we could have done a few things different to make it closer but not to win
